In vastu shastra All directions are equal either east facing ,north facing, south facing & west facing all facings are powerful.
Commonly people think that some facings are good like East and North but that does not matter all faces are like a gold. Build a house/apartment/office/industry...etc according to vastu. Nowadays difficult to buy a house or rent a house or start a business about north facing/east facing mainly at metropolitan cities.
sites are Major vastu mistakes are zero road sites,road hitting sites, non square sites ,hills facing at East and North,...etc.better to leave the small square feet sites.
